Susan Schmitt, Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Rockwell Automation, is responsible for overseeing the company's Human Resources function. Having worked with the company since 2007, her current roles involve the creation and implementation of the company’s global Human Resources function, which takes care of talent management, culture change, internal communications, and compensation and benefits. Prior to Rockwell, Susan worked with the Kellogg’s Company where she built a 12-year career and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources.
