Riot Games has maintained its arbitration policy even after demands from workers who walked out over this issue. Earlier several companies, including Google, have scraped off their arbitration clause. The company has been under litigation and is apprehensive about changing employee agreements while the case is ongoing. Five women had sued Riot Games for pay disparity and gender discrimination.
