Karen Magee currently acts as the CHRO and EVP at Time Warner. She joined this role in the year 2014 and is instrumental in the corporate human resources, worldwide recruitment, compensation, global organizational development, benefits, leadership development, diversity, and executive search. She served on the Board of Trustees of the Princeton University for 14 years. 

Prior to working with Time Warner, Magee was working with PlanetOut Inc. in the position of Chief Executive Officer which is a San Francisco- based entertainment. At present with Time Warner, she handles the shared services initiative of the company as well. Earlier, she had served on different positions with the company such as- Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President from the year 2011 to 2013, Administration- Senior Vice President, and Strategic Planning- Senior Vice President.
