At Sony, he was the Head- Business Creator Office, Deputy Senior General Manager - Corporate Human Resource Divisions, Managing Director (President), Deputy Senior General Manager – Audio & Video, Planning & MK Division, General Manager - Mobile Electronics Business Group, Marketing Division, General Manager - Customer Solution Business Division and Manager - Kyushu Branch IT Sales Divison.

Having undergone several coaching and media training programs in Sony, he won the Best CEO award by the Singapore Human Resource Institute in January 2012.
