Nancy Phillips is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nielsen. She joined the establishment in January 2017. She manages Nielsen’s HR strategy, aimed at empowering people to enable their business success. Nancy creates world-class programs that seek to create a positive employee experience and a workplace culture where associates aren’t afraid to express themselves in their work to help the organization grow towards a more positive and inclusive environment. Prior to Nielsen, she was the CHRO for Broadcom. Before that, she was leading HR for HP's Imaging and Printing Group. She oversees all global HR functions for the company.
