Jill Cook is the CHRO of Cummins Limited, leading HR worldwide for the engineering major. In her role, Jill is responsible for global recruitment, leadership development, compensation and benefit strategies, and the development of Cummins' 50,000+ global workforce. Her career at Cummins spans almost 3 decades, prior to which, Cook handled labor relations and production management at General Motors. She serves on the board of the National Manufacturers Association Human Resources Policy Committee and the Employee Benefits Committee of the US Chamber of Commerce, among many others.
