She also held the position of North Africa HR & Internal Communications Manager, where she was responsible for advancing both human resources and internal communications priorities across the region.
Abdel Zaher's career spans consumer goods, manufacturing, consulting, and industrial sectors, providing her with extensive experience in managing people strategies within complex and fast-evolving business environments.
Prior to Kraft Heinz, she spent more than eight years with Danone, where she held a series of progressive HR leadership roles.
Abdel Zaher has also gained experience in recruitment and talent acquisition through roles at Cedar White Bradley and Antal International Network. These positions helped establish a strong foundation in talent assessment, workforce planning, and organizational support.
