Aurigo Software Technologies Inc., a global leader in AI-powered infrastructure lifecycle management solutions, has announced the appointment of Divya Kiran as Vice President of Human Resources. With over two decades of experience in HR leadership across technology and engineering organizations, Kiran will lead Aurigo’s people strategy as the company scales to meet growing global demand for its SaaS platform.
In her new role, Kiran will build and lead Aurigo’s global HR function, aligning organisational design, leadership development, and performance frameworks with the company’s operating model across product, engineering, and customer experience teams.
The appointment comes as Aurigo accelerates its growth strategy, driven by increasing demand for capital planning and construction management software among infrastructure owners and public-sector clients.
“Establishing a global HR function is a deliberate investment in governance, leadership depth, and organizational rigor. Divya will partner with the executive leadership team to build the systems required to sustain performance, manage complexity, and drive long-term value creation,” said Balaji Sreenivasan, CEO and Founder of Aurigo Software.
“Joining Aurigo at this turning point, as the company expands worldwide, is energizing,” said Divya Kiran. “I start with listening—understanding what truly helps teams deliver their best work—then design people strategies that improve collaboration and make execution simpler. I’m looking forward to working alongside Aurigo’s strong talent and shaping an environment where individuals grow and the business gains momentum together.”
With over two decades of HR leadership experience across global technology companies including Google, Ericsson, Myntra, Rakuten Group, and Hike Messenger, Divya Kiran brings deep expertise in building and scaling people systems through periods of rapid growth and organisational complexity. Recognised as an accomplished HR leader, Kiran’s approach is informed by a strong grounding in global HR practices, reflected in her Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI, along with advanced leadership expertise through the Global Talent Management Leader (GTML™) certification at TMI.
Aurigo has expanded rapidly in recent years amid growing adoption of capital planning and construction management platforms. This HR appointment signals the company’s continued investment in its people and leadership infrastructure as it enters its next phase of global growth.
