Utsav Khandelwal Joins Jaquar Group as Chief Human Resources Officer

Jaquar Group, a global leader with a 65-year legacy in complete bathroom and lighting solutions, has appointed Utsav Khandelwal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This appointment marks a significant step in further strengthening the company’s global people and culture strategy.

"I am excited to share that I have joined Jaquar & Company Private Limited as the Group CHRO," Khandelwal shared in a LinkedIn post.

In his new role, Khandelwal will act as a strategic partner to the business, helping to advance Jaquar’s human capital agenda across more than 55 countries. His focus will be on aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening organizational culture, and driving growth across diverse markets.

“My focus will be on building a future-ready organization through sharper organization design, to strengthen a high-trust, high-performance culture, elevate leadership capability, and leverage digital HR to deliver superior employee experience and business outcomes,” he shared.

Career Milestones

Khandelwal brings with him extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Prior to joining Jaquar, he spent over seven years with Zimmer Biomet, where he held the position of Director and Head – Human Resources, India. His career journey also includes key roles at Genpact, and he began his professional path in 2008 as a Management Trainee at Whirlpool Corporation.

As Jaquar continues to expand its international footprint, the appointment of Khandelwal underscores the company’s focus on sustainability, innovation, and talent development.
