Swandayanie joined Genedata in September and brings extensive experience in building talent capabilities across high-growth, innovation-driven organizations. Before joining Genedata, Monica Swandayanie served as Vice President, Talent at Cytiva (Danaher Biotechnology Group), where she led global talent, leadership development, DE&I, and organizational development initiatives. She previously held senior talent and HR leadership roles at Lonza, Baxter International, and GE, contributing to enterprise-wide talent strategy and large-scale transformation programs. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Philip Morris International and began her professional journey at Procter & Gamble and Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
