Honasa Consumer, the parent company behind well-known personal care and beauty brands including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze Beauty, has announced the elevation of Karan Bajwa to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to this appointment, Bajwa served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources at the company.
In his new capacity, Bajwa will spearhead the next chapter of Honasa’s people strategy, focusing on shaping a future-ready, high-performing organization rooted in diversity, inclusion, and meritocracy.

Karan Bajwa has over a decade of experience in human resources, with a background in building employee-focused initiatives. Before joining Honasa Consumer, he held HR leadership roles at Airtel and Reckitt. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.
