Ascendion Names Brijitha Prasanth as New Head of Human Resources

In a significant move aimed at boosting its human resources capabilities and enhancing organizational culture, Ascendion, a prominent IT service management company based in the United States, has welcomed Brijitha Prasanth as its new Head of Human Resources.  

Prasanth, with her vast 27 years of experience in the HR field, is set to oversee the people and culture initiatives at Ascendion's Global Talent Centre in Vadodara, India. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of HR disciplines, including business partnering, talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, organizational development, HR analytics, change management, post-merger and acquisition integration, employee engagement, talent retention, and diversity and inclusion, among others.  

Background of Brijitha Prasanth

Throughout her career, Prasanth has held several senior positions at renowned corporations. Notably, she spent nearly eight years as Vice President of HR at CSC, in addition to significant roles as VP of HR at Viteos and Associate Director and HR Business Partner at BMR Advisors. Prasanth's journey in the HR domain began with foundational roles at the Haribhakti Group and the Sun-n-Sand Group of Hotels, laying the groundwork for her subsequent rise in the field.
