Before stepping into the Chief Human Resources Officer position, Abdullah Hefni served as Human Resources Director at KUN Sports, where he spent the last four years driving impactful HR initiatives. His leadership was instrumental in advancing key areas such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation planning, and organizational change.
Prior to joining KUN Sports, Abdullah served as a Senior HR Specialist at Saudi Binladin Group, where he was instrumental in large-scale recruitment initiatives and strategic workforce planning. He began his career as an HR Coordinator at Ebtisam Contracting Establishment and later held the role of HR & Project Management Officer at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, where he contributed to policy development, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional project coordination.
