Dato’ Raiha Azni is presently incumbent as the Senior Vice President, Group Human Resource Management, Petronas- a company which she joined in the year 1984. She has 30 wide years of experience in the industry of Human Resource Management.

Prior to working with Petronas, Raiha used to work with E&P Business, Malaysia International Trading Corporation, Petronas Carigali, and Petronas Gas. She is also a Member of Council of the Malaysian Employer Federation and Petronas Executive Committee and Talent Council member. She also serves as the Director of Boards at the Malaysia Maritime Academy, Petronas Management Training, and Petronas Lubricants International. Moreover, she works as the Petronas Collective Agreements- Negotiator and the Petronas HRM Skill Group Fraternity- Skill Group Advisor.
