Marc A Howze is the VP of Global HR and Employee Communications at Deere & Company. He has been serving Deere in this role since October 2012.Marc joined Deere& Company in the position of an attorney in 2001. Later on, he became a senior attorney, a senior counsel and the Business Development Manager of the Consumer Equipments Division. He was then selected as the Corporate Secretary as well as an Associate General Counsel of Deere & Co. in 2006.

2008 saw Howze being put in charge of Deere’s agricultural marketing group as the manager of marketing integration. The very next year, he became a Factory Manager at John Deere Turf Care, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina and subsequently the Global Director, Cotton Harvesting Product Line.Marc had served in the U.S. Army prior to joining Deere, as an artillery officer and also in various other roles including that of a judge advocate.
