Mike Prutting is vice president of human resources for FUJIFILM Holding American Corporation.

Prutting has been with Fujifilm for 19 years and has more than 25 years of HR experience. He is responsible for all human resource functions at Fujifilm, including training and development, benefits, payroll, compensation, performance management, human resources information systems and employee relations. Additionally, Prutting is in charge of corporate travel and has recently been given responsibility for the information technology group.

He has held progressively responsible HR and general management roles at several divisions within Fujifilm during his tenure. Most recently he has been involved in the development and implementation of Fujifilm’s North American Regional HQ and shared service function. He has also begun implementation of Fujifilm Way Training, a global effort to provide a common business language and approach to associates worldwide.

Prutting began his career working for Federated Department stores. He is an active member of the CHRO Leadership Summit, which has been designed by HR executives for HR executives. In addition, he is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
