    Koch Industries picks up $2.5bn stake in HR ERP maker Infor

    Koch Equity Development, Koch Industries’ investment arm, recently announced a massive shareholding buyout in the global ERP technology company Infor. This deal, valuing Infor at over $10bn is also rumored to include Private Equity major Blackstone Group.

    Infor has a wide range of enterprise technologies that includes HCM and Payroll Accounting and has been a quick mover to cloud computing, partnering with Amazon Web Services. It has operations in 200 countries and has over 15, 000 employees.
