Prior to her appointment as CHRO, Kimberly served as Chief Talent Officer at Cherry Bekaert for nearly two years. During this tenure, she played a pivotal role in aligning talent strategies with the firm’s business goals and transformation agenda. Her work in elevating workforce practices contributed significantly to the firm's growth and talent competitiveness.
Earlier, Kimberly led the Global Talent & Capability function at Lightspeed Commerce. There, she built and scaled the talent development framework to support a dynamic international workforce of more than 3,500 employees across 17 countries.
