    After the uproar over the notorious Google memo, skeletons are falling out of the closet about the rampant sexism prevalent in the tech industry. Serial Entrepreneur Donna Harris recently published an explosive article recounting her days working at Oracle and in her own startups, where she was repeatedly made advances at, citing sexual harassment she has faced in her profession for over two decades. Harris said she didn’t complain to the HR because she was taught to be ‘nice’, a cultural standpoint that prevents many such cases coming to the limelight.
