    Lindsay-Rae McIntyre, who was scheduled to join Microsoft as the company’s new Chief Diversity Officer, might have to delay her plans. IBM, her last employer, is suing her on accounts of breaching a non-competitive agreement. Ms. McIntyre who had access to confidential records at IBM has been temporarily barred from joining Microsoft by the presiding judge.
